Construction Traffic Management Plans (CTMP)

A multipage document illustrating the impact a project will have on the existing surrounding environment. A CTMP will outline the proposed method for maintaining existing facilities or how any alternatives / variations will be implemented. The following areas are to be considered where applicable: - Vehicular traffic

- Pedestrians
- Access to buildings / parking areas and other public facilities.
- Public transport
- Other traffic areas impacted by or generated by the proposed project.

Traffic Control Plans

An illustrated map showing the location of traffic managment devices and methods.

Traffic Management Approvals

- Submission of plans and forms to council, RMS & Police.
- Submission of documents for approval concurrence from RMS, STA, Police or any other required governing body.
- Follow up with government departments for approvals to ensure deadlines are met and delays are minimised.
- Permit tracking to ensure permits remain valid.

Vehicle Swept Paths

A diagram showing the ability of a vehicle to manoeuver within an area such as making a turn into a construction site from the roadway using the existing access configuration.
